We are acutely aware of the increased expectations of today’s consumer in relation to highly efficient supply chains and excellent value. With this as our principle focus, we offer our customers the opportunity to purchase a great many of our products online and provide a prompt and expert service.

Exporting to over fifty countries around the world, either direct from China or the UK, we have seen our exports increase dramatically in recent years accounting for over 20% of our turnover internationally. With an increasing number of companies globally looking to source directly from China we expect our exports growth to continue to increase at a rapid rate. Therefore delivering the same excellence and great value to both our domestic and international buyers, with a continued effort to shorten the supply chain from manufacturer to user, will be crucial in enabling us to provide customer satisfaction and exceptional value. We will be working hard to minimise the supply chain as far as possible, restructuring the process, removing unnecessary interveners, slashing lead times and reducing the carbon footprint.
