Jonathan joined the Fired Up Group in April 2006 and has been Group Operations Director since December 2008.
Before joining Fired Up, Jonathan worked in operational management roles for Mamas & Papas Ltd within the retail sector. Prior to that he was part of the Management Development Programme at Hoyer UK Ltd, who operate in the global logistics industry. His experience lies in supply chain management and process improvement, often focussing on the design and development of IT technology to deliver solutions.

Tony Donavon is our Purchasing Manager and joined the company in Feb 2003. Tony is currently one of our longest serving employees and has witnessed the massive changes and improvements the company has made over that past 8 years.
With over 25 years experience in the manufacturing industry involved in logistics, stock control & purchasing Tony is currently responsible for the purchasing of all finished products and raw materials for the 3 manufacturing units of Adams, Corby & Aurora.
Richard Kaye

Richard was born in 1967 in Huddersfield, UK.
Following a comprehensive school education Richard began his working life as an apprentice engineer following by three years as a police officer.
After leaving the Police Force in 1989 he began his business career as Managing Director of Armco Security, where he still retains a directorship and shareholding.
In 1998 Richard became CEO of the Fired Up Corporation, manufacturers of electric fires and fireplaces. The business has grown significantly since this time and our products can be found in many of the UK high street retailers including Homebase, B&Q and Argos.
Today Fired Up specialises in the manufacture of electrical assembly, heating and cooling products with a strong focus on the home, hotel and hospitality markets. Products are sold through four brand companies, Adam, Aurora, Corby of Windsor and Armco, and sold in over 50 countries throughout the world. Fired Up employs over 300 people worldwide with operations in UK, USA and China.
Richard is married with a son and a daughter.
Helen Rawlinson

Helen manages the purchase and sales ledger functions of Fired Up, with primary focus on the preparation of our monthly management accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting practices.
Before joining Fired Up Helen completed her accountancy training with Wheawill and Sudworth, later taking on the role of Accountant with Johnston Press Plc, a large newspaper publishing group based in Wakefield.
Isabell Holling

Isabell joined the Fired Up Group in September 2007 and was appointed HR Development Manager in July 2010.
Isabell has keen interest in the people side of business and specialises in HR management, she maintains a particular focus on the development and growth of the company through sound and sustainable development of our people and ensuring effective communication amongst and throughout the group. Isabell also contributes to ensuring that the health,safety and welfare of our people is a top priority.
Isabell completed her Bsc(Hons) Behavioral Sciences at The University of Huddersfield in June 2008.
Michal Puszynski

Michal joined Fired Up Group in October 2005 and was appointed Distribution Manager in January 2011.
During his time with Fired Up Michal has worked in operational management roles within production, warehousing and distribution. His experience lies in global logistics.

In 2006 Lee Isherwood joined Fired Up as a work placement student from the University of Huddersfield. During this time, Lee contributed to Adam's product portfolio and then continued to work for the company part-time whilst he completed his degree in 2008.
As lee's placement was so successful, the programme has continued to run each year under Lee's Management and he is very proud to report that every one of the placement students we have since employed full time have achieved 1st class degrees from the University of Huddersfield.
The team consists of UK Designers and China Engineers. Skype and our bespoke internal communication suite 'Community,' enable the team to work more interactively on projects so they can effectively create Design led , value focused products for the FiredUp brands.
Brian Hunter

Brian joined the Fired Up Group in September 2009 initially as a National Account Manager, progressing into the role of Commercial Manager in March 2010. After seven months of overseeing the Home and Hospitality areas of the business
Brian was promoted to the role of Fulfillment Manager in January 2011, managing the Purchasing, Distribution and Customer Support Team.
Before joining the Fired up Group, Brian previously worked in a similar role
for a Chinese Footwear Manufacturer, and in other roles within purchasing
and stock control prior to this. His experience and skill lies within
Supply Chain, coordinating the movement of stock and managing the customer's experience.

Martin joined the Fired Up Group in October 2009 and was appointed IT Manager in March 2010.
Before joining the Fired Up Group, Martin worked in IT within a design agency and, earlier within the web development department of a large on-line retailer. His experience lies in web and systems development.

She has many years experience in Customer Service and staff management, previously working as a Team Manager for Norwich Union Insurance Company in the household claims department for 14 years. Gill also has previous experience in the law, having worked as a Managing Probate Clerk for a Huddersfield Solicitors for 12 years prior to that.

Gareth joined Fired Up Group as Finance Director in March 2010.
Immediately prior to joining Gareth was Finance Director of a company in the consumer goods industry. Gareth has also worked in other manufacturing companies across the north of England as Financial Controller and Finance Director following qualification as a Chartered Accountant. He also spent 3 years with one of the big four accountancy firms. Within Fired Up Gareth is responsible for all aspects of financial management.
Gareth is married with two boys, and outside of work is a school Governor and is involved with his local cricket club as coach, treasurer and player.

She brings with her a wealth of experience in various senior marketing roles, including Head of Marketing for Digital Products at Dow Jones & Company Inc, where she specialised in digital marketing for a broad range of financial publications including The Wall Street Journal Europe.

Chris was born in Hong Kong, China in 1981 and moved to the UK with his family in 1993. Chris attended a local comprehensive school and went on to study Economics & Business Studies at Huddersfield University.
Upon leaving University in 2004 Chris began working at The Fired Up Group as a buyer and spent much of his time in the Far East, taking charge of China procurement and quality control.
In 2005 Chris was appointed Head of Fired Up China where he remains as General Manager employing over 200 people with responsibility for Fired Up’s operations in China and Asia Pacific.
Chris is married with two children and lives in Zhongshan, China.

David joined fired up in march 2011 as Operations Manager and is responsible for managing all activities within Corby assembly, Adam manufacturing, warehouse and returns departments and also the newly acquired Aurora manufacturing.
Prior to joining Fired Up David had worked in furniture manufacturing for a number of West Yorkshire based SME's, with over 15 years operational and commercial management experience within this sector at both manager and director level.

Ian has held senior management roles in various Industries including Financial Services, Radio and Travel. He has extensive e-commerce, IT , digital marketing and traditional sales & marketing experience as well as an Operational Management degree.
